Thisis the first course in a series designed to teach process modelling and automation. This course focuses on understanding each step and fundamental concept in successfully automating a process in a didactic and simple way.

Description

This course presents the foundations of BizAgi, enabling participants to identify and understand the concepts of BizAgi as a Business Process Management BPM solution, its applications, components and functionality. In order to do that, this course is divided into sections. Each one of these sections has a brief text, which allows the introduction of some essential concepts, and a video series in which is possible not only to observe the steps executed in BizAgi, but also to complete the initial concepts. Furthermore, each section has a summary, which synthesizes the main concepts and the steps followed to achieve the specific objectives:

• Process modeling
• Date model
• Creation forms
• Rules associated with sequence flows
• Activity Events (rules, messages, letters and policies)
• Organization and Assignments
• Improving the user interface

At the end of this course, a person will be able to understand the basic concepts and to automate a basic process in BizAgi. In addition, a Travel Request process will be completely automated.
